You cannot respond to presence contacts at this time because you are involved in another activity.

Offline

You cannot respond to presence contacts at this time because you have taken yourself offline from the system.

Unavailable

You cannot respond to presence contacts at this time because you are unavailable. Typically, this is any activity that takes you away from one-X Portal for a limited amount of time, such as a business meeting.

Out Of Office

You cannot respond to presence contacts at this time because you are not in the office. Typically, this indicates that you cannot take calls for a more extended period of time, such as a day or more.

Home

You are working from the phone number designated as your Home office on one-X Portal.

This mode is used when you work remotely from the office.

Mobile

You are working from the mobile phone number designated as your Mobile office on one-X Portal.

This mode is used when you are in transit between work locations and still want to be accessible.

Office

You are working from the phone number designated as your Office office on one-X Portal.

This mode is used when you work in your office.

Travel

You are working from the phone number designated for use when you Travel for business.

This mode is used when you are away from your other modes for an extended period of time due to business travel.

Call Log

Selector for the Call Log portlet on one-X Portal.

Contacts

Selector for the Contacts portlet on one-X Portal.
