Installing the Online Help Files

To install the online help files on a Web server:

1. Download the online help from http://support.avaya.com to the directory where you want to store the help files.

By default, the Web Agent is set to retrieve online help files from the help subdirectory of the Web server's root directory. If you install the online help files in a different directory, you must change the Web Agent's setting for the help file location. For information on changing this setting, see the following section, "Setting the Location of the Online Help Files."

2. Unzip the zip file.
