To delete a specific group or all groups of a specific group name (if multiple groups have the same group name), use the following CLI command:
(configure)# no snmp-server group <groupname> {noAuth | auth | priv}
If multiple groups have the same group name, you must enter the appropriate security keyword (noAuth, auth, or priv) to delete one of the groups. If you do not enter a security keyword, all groups of the group name that you enter are deleted.
