Server security certificate

This site requires your browser to have a security certificate from this site. This certificate is used to establish an encrypted, secure session with the Avaya media server.  If offered, you must accept this certificate in order to log in.

Guidelines for accepting the certificate

You can accept this security certificate: (1) for this session only or (2) for this and future sessions.

Before you do this, make certain that your connection to the Avaya media server is genuine:

Procedure for accepting the certificate

The procedure that you follow to accept the certificate depends on your browser.

For Internet Explorer:

  1. To accept the certificate for the current session only, click Yes on the Security Alert dialog box.

  2. To accept the certificate for this and future sessions, click  View Certificate Security Alert dialog box.

  3. A Certificate dialog box appears. On the General tab, click Install Certificate.

  4. The Certificate Manager Import Wizard guides you through the process. Accept all default values. On the final screen, wait for the install to complete, click Finish.

  5. A Root Certificate Store message may appear. Click Yes to add this certificate to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities.

For Netscape Navigator:

  1. To accept the certificate for the current session only and for future sessions, click Next to run the New Site Certificate wizard.

  2. Choose whether to accept the certificate for this session only, to not accept the certificate, or to accept the certificate forever (until it expires).

  3. Follow the prompts to complete.
