The Avaya MultiVantage software that is installed on Avaya Media Servers provides a wide range of IP telephony capabilities, including the standard voice applications of call transfer, call coverage, and speed dialing; security applications such as E911; call center applications such as automatic call distribution and agent reports; and switch networking. Avaya MultiVantageTM is also scalable by supporting a wide range of media servers and software architectures such as ATM, LDAP, QSIG, and H.323.
