Update warning

This is the final step in configuring the system. When you click Continue,
all the configuration information will be written to disk and implemented.
This step normally completes in about 5 minutes.
This topic covers:
Final configuration check
This is your final opportunity to cancel or to correct the configuration.
Before you continue:
- If you are unsure about some of the information that
you entered:
- For a first-time configuration:
The first time that you run the Configure Server wizard, you enter a lot
of data manually. If you want to verify or change, the data you entered
on a previous screen use your browser's Back button to navigate back through
the Configure Server screens.
- Check or change the data you want.
- Always click Continue
to move forward again, whether you change anything or not. If you don't
do this, information in the wizard may not be processed correctly.
- For any configuration.
It is always safe to Cancel the configuration, and run the Configure Server
wizard again later from the beginning. You might use this option if you
are checking or modifying settings on a server that has already been configured,
and there is not a huge amount of new information to enter.
- When all settings are correct, click Continue.
Caution:
If the configuration status stops and the screen appears to freeze, you
might have lost contact with the server. See
Loss of server connection for details.
Accessing a reconfigured interface
If you reassigned the Ethernet interface
that you are currently logged in to (either the services or the administrative
interface) on the Set Server Identities screen,
you will lose contact with the server when the server reconfigures
that interface. The configuration process continues, but you do not see
the final messages.
If you reconfigure
your active interface:
- When the interface you are using is reconfigured,
the status display stops after you see the following the message "Restarting
Ethernet interfaces".
- Unplug the appropriate Ethernet cable on the server
and move the cable to the interface that you just configured.
- You can log in again, but you cannot see the end
of the configuration notices.
