Block caling huntgroup memebers

In the customer IPO system (R10), there is a ServiceDesk huntgroup. They want to block calling the individual group members (only allowed for several privileged extension), only the huntgroup can deliver the calls.
Is there any way to configure this requirements on IP Office system ?

Unfortunately the DND will block the huntgroup call, so I think the DND with exeption list is not working.
Any idea ??
