POM with AACC
 

Has anyone else intagrated AEP/POM with AACC? I am working on scripting some outbound campaigns and want to know if anyone has used the AMS for storing the recordings?

Could you please re-state your query on what exactly is your requirement?
What recordings are you storing on AMS? and Why do you want to store the recording on AMS? AMS - Avaya Media Server!

The first Question is there any one else using the AACC along with the POM. before i get into other questions it looks like we are alone with this setup. I have found that we can use the AACC and script out using the AMS to hold the recordings but you have to do a transfer to the AACC and treat the call like a normal inbound call. The delay to the caller can make this to long of a time and callers may get frustrated. the other option is to write the application and publish it to the POM server and keep the recordings on it. this keeps the delay to the caller down.
