Teams Direct Routing??
 
Does anyone have guidance on setting up Teams Direct Routing with an on premises PSTN? Who has actually done this from start to finish and been successful? I've gone through all of the Microsoft steps as well as the AudioCodes steps. I am able to make and receive calls, but I still am encountering issues. When making outbound calls, there is no audio with the other side. It appears that this happened right after migrating our PRI circuits to SIP. What am I missing? Is it even necessary to configure anything within the Avaya PBX? Can this be completely configured on the AudioCodes? I've provided as much information below as I can. If more is needed, please let me know.



PSTN Carrier - Verizon SIP Services

On Premises PBX - Avaya (Communication Manager 6.3 / Session Manager 6.3)

SBC - AudioCodes Mediant 800

Teams Deployment - In POC stages with only 2 users setup

Skype for Business - Pure Online

Exchange - Hybrid
