Hello All

I have a trouble with a softphone. I use the IP Office Softphone and i have problems with the update from the status.
I set a new appointment in outlook and when the appointment starts i can see this in the Flare and in the Webclient but in the softphone is nothing to see. When i logout the softphone and login again, then i can see this appointment.
The same is when i change the staus in the Webclient, it's nothing to see in the Softphone.
Can you tell me is a speciale configuration for this or how it works?

All other feature are working fine in the softphone
