Avaya One-X Agent & Jabra Evolve 75
We purchased the Jabra Evolve 75 Wireless Headsets to use with our Avaya Phone System.

We connect them to our HP Notebooks running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit Enterprise. We have the Avaya one-X Agent version 2.5.0172.0. Unfortunately the Setup Configuration is not able to recognize the Jabra Evolve 75 headset.

We have another notebook that has the one-X Communicator and it works fine. So I think the headphones are working fine.

I researched and this is an apparent issue with the version we use. Is there a newer version that addresses this issue with not recognizing the USB Headsets?
