User extension mismatch - IPO manager en CCR
 
Building some enterprise reports accross systems and ran into some data inconsistensies.

One of our junior administrators created users with a conflicting extensions. We corrected these in manager, but it's not updated in the DB:

1012 1 AAA NULL 1 AAA 066 2014-09-23 20:11:25.000 NULL
1013 1 BBB NULL 1 BBB 068 2014-09-23 20:11:25.000 NULL
1014 1 CCC NULL 1 CCC 068 2014-09-23 20:11:25.000 NULL

In manager AAA = 066, BBB = 067 and CCC = 068. Tried this morning to delete 067 and saved the configuration. The double record for 068 stayed with no record for 067.

Have this issue for almost 20 users (out of 400). Some records did get a DestroyDate added, but weren't remade.

Anyone has experience with this issue and/or know of a (shadow) table that corrects these settings?
