Auto Attendant Setup avaya ip office 500v2
 
hi experts
please advise
when i implement auto attend more thane one time all configuration it's right and when
i start record message on ip telephone by these steps
dial *8101 or 02 or 03 or 04 and press 2 to record message the line disconnecting
and no give me time to record
any advise please

Check Other Voicemail codes are working on not ?
Try Changing Voicemail mode to IP office to Intuity (Viseversa).

If No luck Try upgrading your SP into latest one.

issue was in voice mail is full when i clear it . working well
