Zip tone Agent unable to log into 9608G
We are piloting IP agent recording. Installed 9608G phone set - agent set up with "acd" for zip tone. When attempting to log into 9608G, phone goes into AUX for a few seconds then logs out. CM version R016x.00.1.510.1 - 9608G at Release 6.3116. (Phone type is set to 9650) Any advice on how to resolve, so agent can log into phone with zip tone? Thank you.

Please check if you have requisite license for IP Agent.
