Phone Not Ringing
 
Phone set type 9611G
Type selection is: 9630
Problem: An incoming call hits call appearance button 1, but does not ring the phone set.
Upon further testing: There is an ignore feature when a second call appears, and the user does not want to answer it.

Regardless: The phone does not ring incoming calls...

Is the call appearance on the station form set to ring? Look for the "Rg" field to the right of the call appearance and make sure it's set to (r).

this is fixed: I was shown how to do a "reset ip-stations" - which worked...
However your instruction to check the call appearance buttons raised a question: I don't have those fields in my view. Can you show me an example? Pls see my attachment...

Turn On Per Button Ring Control
 
You will only see this option when you activate per botton ring control on tab two of station config.
