NES Contact Centre 6 Call by Call Report
 
Hi,
Customer has recently upgraded to Su08 on CC6.
There is a new "event" in the call by call report called "continuation". This seems to appear after nearly every call.
There is no reference to this event ANYWHERE!
Has anyone seen this?
Is this in AACC? (no reference to it there or in CC7)

usually you will see something like:

10:45:38 Local Call released
10:45:38 Continuation

That is the end of the record.
