Need help on IP Office user creation & SIP calling

Hi Team,

I have installed IP Office server edition 10.
I created SIP extension and then created user and assigned the SIP extension to user as directed in administering guide.
Then I am trying to login into one x communicator and softconsole ,with the user created,but It gives error "login unsuccessful".
Any inputs to resolve this issue.

1) You create ext "H323" not SIP
2) You creat Useur
- Profil "Power User"

And then is not One-x communicator

Is Avaya Communicator
IP Office 10.0.3 Avaya Communicator for Windows


PS = SIP domaine / xmpp in the one-x portal has to be configured and if you use TLS protocol you install alos the certificat in your laptop

Not able to load Avaya Communicator
IP office Avaya Communicator,needs Plds registration.
But plds(http://plds.avaya.com) is not available.
Can it be made available by any other way?
