Campaign Auto Delete after Process
 
Hi All,

Just want to check if there is a setting to auto remove the campaign after all destination already ended whether PRC or not.

All of my campaign still inside dialer even after 5 days

There is no automatic delete. You have to delete mmanually after campaign finished.

Do you have any idea what is the definition of the field UPADATECOUNT in ODTRIGGER table?

for internal use only, do not change the value!!
with an entry in this table the UI and dialer process are notified about a new call job

Yes. And I noticed the higher value the more waiting time for the dialer to schedule the callback but I don't know what is the significant of this value to the dialer to trigger the callback
