9608 Installing Backup never ending story
 

Hi All,

When the plug the 9608 to POE the phone is power on, the first screen progress bar is goes out. And the second display show this message:

Installing Backup

Application: xxx secs.

I waiting patiently, but this process never ending.

If I waiting more time the phone restart automatically, but the Install Backup process starting again.

Any Idea?

ps: the factory reset is doesn't work because the phone not show the start options and no communicating on ethernet interface.
