Need help making a custom report
I have a request for a report that displays a monthly service level for a skill but only for a timeframe of 7AM to 11pm for each day (or any time frame during the day for this example)

I tried fumbling through the report designer but I am having some difficulties with this request.

Is this report possible to make and does anyone have an idea on how to start this?

Monthly and daily report will have summary data for selected data range.CMS provides interval data only for 1 selected day, that too only for last 31 or 62 days set in Data storage allocation.

In case my understanding is wrong on your requirement, you can also reach out to Avaya Professional team(APS) who works on custom reports. Please be notified that they work on project basis and can be chargeable.
