Chat Error - has no ui session
 
when I try to login to Chat Group I get this error message:

K3507a 07:53:39.810 CHATS_Core_Warning AgentLogin():> Agent (8494415842000000) has no ui session --> reject login


Any idea what could it be?

Check TaskServerManager
 
Open the trace log for the TaskServerManager

Command: PrintTS (Print task server)

The approriate TS_ChatServer must be shown.

With the command:

PrintTS and the tsId (of the task server) the details will be displayed
