Hi Team,
Greetings..!!! Hope you are doing good!!!

Below mentioned use case is possible in IPOCC solution, please provide some inputs.

Customer Requirement is when a customer call in to the contact center , an agent answers the call , and while staying on the call , agents want to play a pre recorded Terms and Conditions to the customer and then stop the playback and continue with the call asking the caller do you agree or do not agree with the terms and conditions and takes a verbal confirmation. Is this feature or programing supported on IPOCC
