IPOCC chat
Can you please tell me that in ipocc release 9.1 multicannel license must be required for agent and supervisor for webchat for customer. if i want to use internal chatting like agent to supervisor is it required any multichannel licenses? i dont want to use multichannel licenses for customer on webchat.
