EC500 Desk phone rings once and acts like call was answered on Cell but it isn't
 
My EC500 was working fine. I cut to IP Flex (ATT) and made zero changes... everything tested good (didn't test the EC500) so we ported. Now, the desk phone rings one time. As soon as the leg to the cell phone is established, the cell phone rings but the desk phone behaves as though the call was answered at the cell. I can answer at the cell phone but when I press the EC500 button to bring the call back to the desk, it seems to become a conference call. It seems as though the LEC is sending me something that says the cell call has been answered when in fact it is only just starting to ring.
