Invite option in equinox Unified portal is not working for calls going through CM.
Hi All,
I was deploying Equinox mgmt and Equinox media server for my customer and I could not able to Invite a participant through Unified portal "Invite a participant" as moderator. I get error "call failed because disconnection is normal". Call flow: Eqionox mgmt to SM, SM to CM, CM to outside using PRI. I can able to dial-out SIP stations, Equinox video end points But while inviting CM end points and outside number i get above error. I suspect is there any special changes do i need to check inbetween SM-CM routing policies. |
Use traceSM to see the dialogue between AEMG, SM, and CM. SM may not be routing these requests as you expect, but tracing is needed for a definitive answer.
