SIP/Session details of call on Session Manager/Communication Manager
Hi,
i am trying to build an Adapter which will be used to store the SIP session details of a call in my application. The environment what i have is A Session Manager which have connectivity to CM on SIP and the call are routed to agents which are again on SIP extention. I want to know if there is any API or any means of getting the SIP session details of a call either from CM or from Session manger . Can i know how is the sip details of a call will be stored. As per my understanding, every call on Avaya will have a UCID, a unique call identification number. Does this also apply for SIP based calls as wells. Please provide me some advice Thanks, Mahesh |

yes, each SIP call will have a unique cid (call id) associated with it. you can filter the calls using the cid warm regards, Abdul Rahaman Shariff |
