FAC are not working .

User facilities features like call forwarding, conferencing, call park, automatic callback & etc. are working when I configured the button on Digital sets for these features. With digital sets it is working fine.

Now for using these features in analog set I have configured the feature access codes for these features but these codes are not working.

Product Description:

We are using below products
  • S8300
  • G450
  • CM5.2

I would be very thankful if some one can help me on subjected issue.

FAC are not working

There could be a possible configuration with your dialplan analysis. Please verify for any digits conflicts in dial plan. Couple of tips in this case;

1. If you hear silent upon entering the FAC, then press # to proceed with Feature activation.
2. If you hear fast busy or reorder tone, then we are dealing with dialplan configuration error.

Please try the following:

1. Try to use the FAC on digital set , do not assign a key (button), try with the code.
2. Try using Flash key while using Call Park and conference key, while on call and listen to tone before you proceed for FAC dial.
3. Check the COS of the SLT for Call forward and other features.

When we entered the short code in result of this we hear a dial tone and not working.
