5.2.1 Board Monitoring

I have been monitoring the boards within a CM system using my own monitoring built around the G3 SNMP MIBS. Since we are no longer using Data Modules on the boards I have been unable to get the information regarding the service state of the cards in a chassis. I can retrieve traffic stats etc, but not the CM state/usability of a card. MEDPRO's I can still monitor on their DSP status, but a CLAN for example I cannot retrieve its CM state (in-service). Traffic statistics yes, but these can imcrement even when a card is busied out so does not tell you that a card is unavailable from a CM software perspective.

Is there anyway to retrieve this information for IP interfaces?:confused:

After reviewing your post, I would suggest that you either create an online Service Request at http://support.avaya.com/ >> "Create Service Request", or call into the support center to ask this technical question.
