trouble with ds30 exp mudule

the red LED is on and the phones are malfunctioning......not hanging up, not hearing, unable to dial.......thanks for any help.

Ds 30 work with avaya relese 9+.
Not supported blow r 9 please see avaya ipo current version.:)
