911 information not displayed
When a 911 call is made the extension is displayed with 911 dispatch with no address. They have called asking us to correct it so the main number and address displays at the 911 center. I was told that this is configured in Avaya IP Office. Can someone point in the direction to remedy this. Thanks

A lot depends on the types of lines being used and the line provider. Unless you have a E911 adjunct, then the information shown at the dispatch center is that provided to them by the line provider at the time the line was installed, ie. the dispatch see just the calling number and that is then associated with an address in their database.

If that association only exists for a particular line in your system, then you need to ensure that the Dial Emergency short codes for 911 are configured to use that line.
