One-X Portal Call Control Issue
 
Hi All

We have an issue where One-X allows the user to login, but then is unable to place or answer a call using it, or access voicemail. It updates with call history and message count so seems to be working, just not allowing handset control. System has been upgraded to the latest 8.1.99. There's no firewall between the IPO and the Server. We've tried with FFox, Chrome and IE.

Anyone got any hints where I can look?

Firewall or proactive network protection in a anti virus suite, create a rule for the One-X URL as trusted
