Media Server instance is not licensed
 

Avaya Aura Media Server 7.7 Missing License Instance, It can't acquire License through System Manager WebLM License.

Which lab?
 

Is this an issue with your collaboratory lab? If so, could you please let us know what lab number you are using? Is this a new issue, or did you notice this the first time you tried to use the AMS?

My lab Engagement Development Platform Trial Bundle License consist of Avaya Aura® Media Server Licenses. I want to know how to configure server profile of media server.

I have the same problem.

AMS is on 7.7.0.334
SMGR is on 7.0.1

I have a media server instance installed on weblm under SMGR.

Help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Was there an answer to this, I am experiencing the same issue.

CM gets it's license ok from SMGR/WebLM, as does session manager.

Media server and AAM don't.

Is there a fix for WebLM on SMGR to sort this issue.

All servers are virtual and on version 7 btw.

it's not for Collabolatory and I don't know your issue details, but there is a know issue on AMS 7.7.0.334, try to install 7.7 FP1 SP1 (7.7.0.359)
