Poor Quality Music on Hold (MOH)
 
Where should you collect wireshark traces in order to troubleshoot MOH issues from both ends?

I think, If the MOH is played from AMS, then the wireshark traces should be collected on both AMS and the Media Gateway or the far End SIP Endpoint (it may be a Gateway where the IP to TDM conversion happens).

Another thing to verify is if the MOH quality is good in internal network or happens across all networks.
