In IPOCC Rls10 deployment, I don’t have Announcement tab, just Announcement Script.

The announcement tab is included in the announcement script configuration

I see that but when I configure a new announcement script and add it in the taskflow, just hearing busy tone when dialing the topic number. (Wave: PCM,8K,16bit,Mono)
I test the default announcement but the same result busy when dialing topic.
