IPOCC agents are in continous wrap up state
please help guys....
I have an ipocc contact centre with 10 agents and 1 supervisor. However when agents login they are getting the wrap up feature as a result they will not be able to receive calls. This started a few days after system upgrade frol releas 9 to release 10:confused::confused::confused::confused: |
Please chek your licenses, agent are set into wrap up in case no voice license available
