Forward Phone Number During Certain Time
We have Avaya Manager and Voicemail Pro as our setup and can give more background if required.

What i'm trying to do is forward one phone number to a different phone number during specific days and times. How would I go about setting up this up? We don't need any menu's setup for this just direct forwarding Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM until 8:00 AM the next day along with all day on Saturday and Sunday.

Lots of ways to accomplish this.

In Manager, you can create a Time Profile - call if AfterHours
Make a Recurring entry, Monday through Friday from 12am to 7:59am
Make another Recurring entry. Monday through Friday from 4:30pm to 11:59pm
Make one more Recurring entry, Saturday and Sunday from 12am to 11:59pm

Go to the Incoming Call Route for the number. Leave the Default Value entry alone.
Click on the drop-down box under Default Entry and select AfterHours
Set the destination to 912135551212 (assuming you're in the US, you dial 9 for outgoing calls, and the number format is 1+AreaCode+TelephoneNumber)

There are many more things to consider, such as what type of telephone lines do you have, and do you want the forwarded call to appear to be coming from your office, or from the original caller? With PRI or SIP, you can send out the original caller's CID to be seen at the forwarded location.
