CCMM archiving Best Practice
 
The Multimedia Dashboard for AACC shows an exclamation mark next to the number of contacts and customers in the database. What is the best practice of archiving this data. Is there a ball park number I should hit for contacts and customers in the DB?

Hello,

Below is the threshold for email contacts in AACC as mentioned on page 209 and 210 of AACC 6.2 Planning and Engineering guide.

Stand-alone Multimedia server
Inbound Multimedia contacts
per hour (for stand-alone server) 12 000 [ SIP setup ] and 12 000 [ AML setup]

Co-resident Multimedia server
Inbound Multimedia contacts
per hour 1200 [SIP setup ] and 2400 [ AML setup]

Stand-alone Multimedia server
new contacts backlog 20 000 [SIP setup ] and 20 000 [ AML setup]
Co-resident Multimedia server
new contacts backlog 4000 [ SIP setup ] and 4000 [ AML setup]
