Problem with Real Time report
 
Good morning, gentlemen.
I have a doubt related to ACCS, I received a call informing that when the supervisor needs to put the agent in qualifications as standby, the same appears as disconnected from the real-time report and this is generating a lot of impact because the client has In Media 53 agents connected and because of the qualification on hold is disagreement in the report. Is there anything to be done to make this kind of problem no longer happen?
