Hi,

We encountered an issue where we cannot pull just one particular vdn interval/daily/weekly data( we can see rest of the vdns data). What is the possible cause as just this one vnd doesn't not show any data.its blank report ( not zeros too).
Is it something to do with with measured or unmeasured vdns? or anything else.

is the VDN set for measured: External or Both?

Have you hit your limits for Data Storage Allocation (tools, system setup)?

Hi,

Please verify if BCMS reports are getting data for that vdn. If it is set to both and CM is sending data for that VDN, reports should show data.
