Adding new phone range into MM
Hi all,

I just added some new DID's into our PBX. I noticed that i can't associate the new DID numbers in MM to a new mailbox. It will let me create it in MM but if i call the new number it goes to the VM box of the number i'm calling from. I'm assuming i have to add the range i've added into the PBX into MM. Any ideas?

Did you check to make sure the DID range you added is in the CM public or private numbering table?
