BCMS Vu R2.4.4 using TCP/IP

I am going to install BCMS Vu R2.4.4 and use TCP/IP to connect with PABX. However, when I configure BCMS after installation, I find that the option "TCP/IP" is disabled. I can only choose "Data Module".

Is it that I must plug in the usb dongle before I configure to use TCP/IP in BCMS? Or there are some other reasons which cause the option "TCP/IP" disabled?
