Call Forwarding - to where?
 
Good Afternoon,

We have been using IP office for just over a year now and have suddenly run into problems, we have two phones that when putting onto unconditional call forward it will instead of calling the other internal phone as directed, no phones ring in the office but (testing with a mobile) I can hear the phone calling.

I am a bit stumped I have checked manager and it confirms unconditional was on...

IPO will try to find a target for the call and that is why you keep hearing ringing tone.
Make sure there is no loop with the forwarding A->B->C->A

Sys Mon, targetting (in blue) can give you an idea of what is happening
