Elite Multichannel Hot desk
Hi, I've read that it is possible to use EMC in a hot desk environment. Can anyone confirm that this is possible, and if so, point me in the right direction regarding documentation?

Yes, you can do it by a custom application that modifies the .ini configuration file.

We developed a custom .exe that agent uses to config theis Avaya Agent (softphone) and the .ini file of EMC Desktop. The agent just need to put their station and login, and thats all.

i guess is a good approach of your requirement.

Also EMC that have the Configuration Server, but I definitly dont reccomend this.
