To Dial Known Extension Number
 
Hello ...

I have the an IVR script as follow:

welcome to STC company, if you know the extension number dial it now,

in the customer script there is no an option as TBG to allow customer to choose then enter the extension number, direct if you know the extension number dial it know.
how can i achieve this directly ?

Set a Local Variable and then into the IVR set a dial funtion to the Variable.

The IPOCC Software DVD > Examples folder includes sample examples from AVAYA, you can import them into your task flow (.cfe) and IVR(,ivr),
The Examples>Taskflow>IVR_menus folder includes "choice_Transfer_to_Extension" and "choice_on_ivr" , you can import them and find the explanations into the txt files
