Recording Device for Malicious Call Trace
 
I need to purchase a recording device to use with malicious Call Trace. Suggestions?

Hi Barb,

Malicious Call Trace is a feature used for tracing "Malicious" calls cause. For example, if you get a ghost call and you want to trace the cause/ caller/ originator of this call, then you can use the malicious call trace feature.


If you want to use a recording device then use Avaya Application Enablement services on Avaya CM and Avaya AES.
