Short codes problem
 

Hello, I have an IpOffice 11.1.0SP2 and I am trying to dial a contact from the System Directory through a short code speed dial. the short code is * 40N and feature speed dial.
In the J179 hardphone we have put a button programming with dial: * 40 plus the position of the contact in the System Directory. This is not working for us. Directly the phone sends to the operator * 40500.
If from the Avaya IX workplace we manually dial * 40500 it works correctly. If we do it from J179 it doesn't work.
Do you know what it can be?
