IPOCC: Abandoned call
We wants to know abandoned after and before threshold if the call getting dropped in Last route topic and the abandoned timer has to start one call has reached to Last routed topic not from Welcome note .

As per the flow , customer wants to have reports only for last routed topics ( where should have offered calls , answered call , before and after threshold answered call report , total abandoned in last routed topic and before & after threshold abandoned calls count )

Note : the abandoned time should start from Once call has route to lost routed topic .
