Intuity LX - How to Activate licenses
 

Hello,
How does an Avaya Partner activate Intuity LX licenses for their end-user? Apparently the process has changed and they were referred to the OEFC... I received the call and had no idea where to direct him and was unable to locate any information for him.

If you have the TSC login then you can do it from the web screen itself. else one of the Avaya backbone engineers would do it for you.
