Having trouble getting incoming calls on IPO 8.0 on private network SIP trunks.

Outgoing CDP from IPO 8.0 to CS1000 7.5 via NRS working fine.

Incoming CDP from CS1000 7.5 to IPO 8.0 via NRS rings in but when answer no speechpath.

CS1000 D-channel messaging says IPO sending a disc message NTWK TEMP FAIL.

any help appreciated..

IP Office SIP to NRS
There are several integration guides to connect an IP Office to a BCM and/or a CS1k. The only document for the CS1k specifically lists IP Office 8.1. I am not sure if that is a requirement but that is the software that is listed in the inter-op notes. Did you follow the settings in those configuration notes?
