I am presented with the following problems with 9608G phones indicate Acquiring services, someone has been presented this incidence

The phone is telling you that it's unable to register with its primary call server. Is the server up? Is there network connectivity between the server and phone?

Check the phone at the system itself so you can eliminate any cabling, if problem still persists try it on a different port on the phone system itself
